  1. Warthogs are at the end of there life. Taking a hit is stopping being viable with improving air defences down to the manpad level. So you get the F35 either not being detected with its stealth or operating from further away with its sensors. On the other side cheap drones are much more disposable that A10s and there pilot so will cover when F35s are too costly.
