  7. @splatoonistproductions5345  no its just the long term fact kit is increasingly complex and expensive, and areas increasing in importance like space and cyber are less manpower intensive. But on the cup front, the cup was emptying rather than filling with recruitment not matching leavers so a smaller cup was just accepting reality.
