  1.  @hadorstapa  We're an ongoing experiment, that is how we differ from a failed one. But also like every other currently existing type of life our experiment has been going for going on 4 billion years.

  2.  @hadorstapa  Experiment is always a dubious phrase, but it's important to know that everything that currently is, is a straight line to the beginning, there's no lesser branches everything has equal claim to the centre.

  4. I'm not sure I like the phrase megabias. Better to push a more geneal understanding ofl bias in the fossil record.
