The Russians trapped in Kherson are literally trapped in Kherson.Whether they are attacked or just 'fixed' makes little or no difference, they cannot be redeployed anywhere else in Ukraine which means that for the rest of Russia's invasion of Ukraine these troops and vehicles have been demilitarised.
