Can you imagine how bad the combination of Harris and Starmer would be? Authoritarian, illiberal, humourless and totally disrespected internationally.

She lost me when she did a Piers Morgan and chose to slag off Tommy instead of sticking to the facts. He is not 'playing the martyr' he is a hero of the working classes who is literally being persecuted by the state for his activism. Disappointed Andrew, you need to push back when it is necessary.

Great content Andrew. Great guest.

Blimey, she really did tear Andrew apart and what's more he deserved it! How refreshing! I may start following Katie instead of heretics now!

@ezioauditore3128 He is currently in solitary confinement, 24 hours a day, and will remain so until his 18 month sentence has been completed. Not for a criminal offence but for a civil offence, which would usually allow for the sentence to be served in an open prison with early release or straight forward bail conditions. This is not him 'playing the martyr', this is state persecution and a blatant abuse of his human rights.

Andrew, you need to get Steven Edginton on to discuss the extent to which the progressive agenda has captured the Civil Service. Considering we are in a cost of living crisis with massive national debt, stagnant GDP, low growth, bankrupt local councils, food banks and stagnant wages; people need to know how many progressive programs have conveniently avoided austerity cuts and are now squandering hundreds of millions of pounds (of tax payers' money) in government funding, local council initiatives and academic grants. The system has been captured and people need to know how much it is costing us all.

Excellent points. I have lived in Lambeth, Wandsworth and Southwark and have seen exactly the same process gradually emerge.

Sorry Matt, you need to have a much better understanding of Tommy Robinson, who he is and what he stands for. You imply that his influence is regretable. He has been constantly mischaracterized by the mainstream as an equivalent to Nick Griffin. He is not, he is a working class hero. He has stood against the tide for twenty years at great personal risk, he has said what the mainstream won't let you say. He warned against the very processes that you now warn against, long before you dared to speak out. He will probably endorse Reform despite Farage, Tice and yourself not having the courage to endorse him in return and by doing so he will get them more votes than any party political broadcast ever could. Meanwhile he will fight the tide and inspire ordinary people while you just talk about it. You should be embracing him and defending him, not dismissing him.

46.50 Newly arrived immigrants, both legal and illegal, should be inelligible for benefits. They should not be able to send for family and dependents unless they can support them without benefits. Foreign students who discontinue their studies should be inelligible for benefits and so should their dependents. Anybody living in the UK who claims benefits should be able to prove that they have contributed for a certain amount of time before being elligible for benefits or the vote.

Brilliant comment.

@ExpectNothing1234 As soon as you hear them list his criminal convictions and then use it to imply he is now justifiably in solitary confinement, accusing him of almost 'derailing a grooming gang case' or lying about a Syrian kid, you know they're taking the mainstream line to show how virtuous they are (just like Piers Morgan, Farage and Tice have done) instead of learning the facts and standing up for the truth. If they can not even defend him on humanitarian grounds then I don't care what else they have to say about him. No one deserves the treatment TR is currently receiving and it is a national scandal that no one is currently seeking a legal route to protect his basic human rights and bring it to an end.

@BigCatinBKK Starmer has already shown himself to be authoritarian in his reaction to the recent riots in the wake of the three little girls getting murdered in Southport. As for Harris, I am working on the principle that all the woke folk tend to be quite venegeful when dealing with such terrible offences as hate speech, wrong think, hurty words, not getting vaccinated, misgendering and 'disinformation'. I don't expect Harris to be any different.

If you are working class you can very easily relate to Tommy's various run ins with the law and understand how it has led to where he is now. The privileged, middle class, liberal elite in the MSM don't get it. They can't relate so they can't forgive and so they use his personal history to ignore the issues and the facts and simply make ad hominem attacks against him as a person.

Great point. If white people are now a 'global minority' surely this allows us to finally get some protection from all this shite?

Thanks for posting this interview Andrew. Peter is like a gateway drug: starting with his work showing the corruption of academia with Lindsay and Pluckrose, then revealing how difficult it is to have honest discussion, discourse and debate with woke progressives in universities, then it leads to him giving the world Spectrum Street Epistemology to show how it can be done, with humour and without lecturing or advocacy. I'm a big fan.

Fascinating. Ene finds it very hard to accept certain inequalities. She is far more concerned with white male privilege, patriarchy, institutional racism to notice the over-correction effect of DEI. But to suggest that the BBC don't emply DEI policies in laughable.

Andrew, with respect that is not exactly 'an encounter'. I was expecting you to say that you got stuck in a lift with him and had to teach him a thing or two about a thing or two, or at least did a Dr Peterson on him!
