I dread listening to Farage at the moment. Clearly Reform UK represents our only alternative to the uni-party but so often, as an inspirational leader, he is a total disappointment. Thankfully JP did half the talking so Farage didn't let us all down on this occasion.

I would like to see Rupert Lowe at the helm with Matt Goodwin playing a much greater, central role and bring in people like the Carl Benjamin & Connor Tomlinson to help develop policy. If we stick with Farage he will need a Trump style team to dilute his personal influence. Reform must not solely rest upon his personal appeal.

@sparkesman1980 I take your point but I still think Reform should not solely rely upon Farage's personal appeal. They need a team who can inspire confidence like Trump did with JDVance, Tulsi Gabbard, RFK, Musk etc. Plus they need to more than double the 4 million votes to get a majority, that will involve winning over at least a few remainers and some of the the MSM, who mistakenly still blame Nigel for Brexit.

@jonclark1091 We're not squabbling sir, we're having a civilised and necessary exchange of views about the future of the Party both of us hope will form the next government, as civilized Englishmen! We have to accept there will be some disagreements about the fine details as we progress, but we both agree upon what the end result should be. Thanks for the reply.

@Rich-bb5gp I can take or leave Tice. I would have preferred Ben Habib but for some reason that was made impossible. Losing him was a waste of talent.
