  1. Clearly Nick hadn't a clue what the research actually involved, you can see him hurriedly trying to read the precis of the material before the interview. Nick seemed to entirely gloss over the fact that the 'horrible statement' he mentioned was actually a direct quote from a Havard report on their own admission statistics. There are undoubtedly genetic differences between different human communities, as well as environmental differences, presumably a Cambridge academic would be capable of controlling for the latter when assessing the former. But nevermind, one unhappy, black undergraduate is of course sufficient to get a highly qualified white academic deplatformed and cancelled just because the evidence (as supported by the statistics) makes her feel uncomfortable.
