What a surprise, opportunist, influential capatalists with close ties to government are usuing their positions of privilege to secure lucrative deals to provide shoddy, over-priced products and services to fight the virus. You might almost expect them to want the virus to run wild, killing tens of thousands, just to ensure a healthy profit before it is finally negated by vaccines. Like manufacturing bullets during war time and hoping that the peace talks fail.
