An incredibly rich, influential woman takes to the mainstream media to expose the racism she has suffered at the hands of the British tabloids and indirectly from the Royal Family, leading to some mental health issues while living in luxury in California? Why am I not sympathetic? Racism in British society, the monarchy or the gutter press has not suddenly sprung into existence because Meghan noticed it. Complaining to Oprah about her mistreatment will not change it either. Nor is it news. Its self serving, self promoting and disengenous. Can we keep the debate to real issues and some real solutions please? This is a side show and the MSM are rolling around in it because its a distraction from the huge problems we are all currently experiencing at the hands of their Eton buddies in Westminster. And by the way, the problems that face most kids from council estates in Peckham are poverty, lack of opportunity, underfunded public services, drugs and crime, not just racism.
