I find Charles allowing Windsor Castle to be used as a make shift mosque enfuriating. He is supposed to be 'defender of the faith' now we're all left wondering which faith? What a shambles...

I'm starting to wonder if a national enquiry is what we actually need. Would it lead to arrests? Would it lead to prosecutions and would they in turn lead to substantial sentences? Would those guilty of corruption in the councils, the police and the Labour Party actually be properly exposed and punished? Would it be prompt? Would it be carried out without fear or favour? In light of the Hillsborough enquiry, the Chillcott enquiry, the COVID enquiry, the Post Office scandal, the contaminated blood scandal, the Jay enquiries, somehow I doubt it....

And yet, yesterday our Prime Minister described what you have just so eloquently said as, 'spreading far right poison'. He also implied that discussing it was 'jumping on a far right bandwagon' and threatening 'The Rule of law' (he shouted that bit).

Excellent work! Keep it up.
33
Excellent content. The video interviews at the end are particularly persuasive. I'm glad I have discovered your channel.
24
It seems astonishing that no one is officially challenging TR's treatment by the British authorities. Regardless of one's views of his politics (and I have supported him since 2016) this Orwellian misuse of the law to persecute, intimidate and endanger him is a national scandal. Are there no campaigning lawyers prepared to call this out or do they only want to protect the rights of people from elsewhere?
23
Excellent use of research to both prove a hypothesis and spotlight a compromised public servant. Our system is quite clearly full of them. It makes me wonder what we should do to bring guys like this to account. Letters to the Law Society? A public petition? Complain to your local MP? It all seem quite pointless. Identitfying the guilty ones is a start I suppose. The other side of this coin would be senior police officers who prefer to investigate non crime hate incidents rather than catch criminals, like the guy in charge of Essex police, Ben Julian Harrington for example. More of these please.
21
Excellent analysis as usual. I hope you're right and Starmer's days are numbered but I can foresee things being absolutely awful before he jumps or finally gets the push. One has to wonder why we have had such a terrible run of utterly inept PMs.
14
This is insane. We need a British version of Trump as soon as possible.
13
Not just a fudge but a cheap fudge. If it were me I would consult Maggie Oliver and follow her advice; a statutory enquiry with the power to force witnesses to appear, to give statements under oath and with the authority to further prosecutions of the complicit and the guilty, preferably promptly.
12
@BritishLandeur Couldn't agree more. Would you want Rachel Reeves or Shabana Mahmood deciding anyone's fate?
11
Excellent points. The problem is: our government has no intention of acting in the way you suggest, our civil service has every intention of countering effective policies to stop illegal immigration and the large body of left wing lawyers is committed to countering any attempt to prosecute or remove people from the UK. Incidentally, when he was a QC, our current Prime Minister specialised in protecting terrorists from extradition and having restrictions placed upon their movements. He also defended murderers of women and children and people on death row in the Caribbean. He was not a man who sought to protect victims against criminals so it is hard to imagine him being trully committed to 'smashing the gangs' let alone stopping illegal immigration.
11
Additional info for the ever-growing arsenal of evidence against this govt. Well researched and well presented. Thankyou for your excellent content.
10
@BritishLandeur And now we discover Gordon Brown was implicated in 2008 and of course Starmer himself back in 2012. A catalogue a corruption and failure ending up with Labour Party favourites Andy Burnham, Sadiq Khan, Yvette Cooper and Jess Phillips. Ed Balls was on GMB this morning doing his best to dismiss the need for a national enquiry...I wonder why?

If this is a trend I would be very interested in any other car camping channels that have got into 'nonsense extremism'. Perhaps you could provide links? Sounds good.
9
Sadly this is not a new phenomena. Throughout the sixties and the seventies Che Guevara posters adorned the walls of every left wing student's bedsitter, a murderer who thought nothing of employing torture, assasination or political violence against non-combatants but was loved by young lefties because the iconic poster made him look like a rock star. Before that the left loved Mao, Stalin, Trotsky and Lenin, all of whom were genocidal psychopaths.
7
@BritishLandeur Suggested topics for group discussions: 'how to avoid excessive clutch wear and excessive immigration'. 'How to make savings on fuel and foreign aid budgets.' 'Staying awake at the wheel or staying a woke at the wheel, which is more important?'
7
Farage could have distanced himself from TR without having to slag him off. The fact that he did reinforces the idea that he doesn't support him for personal reasons rather than because of any ideological differences. TR is a hero to most Reform voters and Farage should at least be able acknowledge that his stance on r.gangs etc has been pivotal in bringing it to the British public's attention.
7
@BritishLandeur I would attend that meeting! You could discuss 'The Strange Death Of Europe' while, at the same time, planning the best routes to avoid witnessing it!
5
@BritishLandeur It would be very ironic indeed if it was the ECHR that ended up protecting Tommy's rights. Obviously I'm not holding my breath in the meantime. By the way, I don't necessarily see TR as on 'the right' given that the primary target of his attentions (wink wink) are just about as intolerant, undemocratic and authoritarian as you can get.
5
@BritishLandeur There are two separate groups at work here; those individuals who are deeply and unaccountably motivated by their religious beliefs (I would include Mayor Sadiq Khan in this group) and those who have been indoctrinated or captured by 'the woke mind virus', in which I would put many senior police officers, civil servants and judges. You could probably find significant members of both groups in The Home Office or the BBC for example.
5
Another excellent piece of analysis. When we still had Liz I used to wonder to what extent the royals were told what to say in public so that they didn't betray their real motives or objectives. Clearly with Charles he's been waiting for his chance to change the script for ages and now we get to find out how he really feels. And what a surprise! He's revealing that the Royal family is just another British institution that no longer serves the interests of British people any more, if indeed it ever did! Add it to the ever-growing list!
5
We used to give 'have-a-go heroes' praise and public acclaim. Now we accuse them of racism and threaten them with prosecution .
5
The various muppets on the Jeremy Vine show discussed this subject without once acknowledging why it may actually be a problem. They seemed to be at a loss to identify why it was necessary to bring in changes to the law. Of course, in reality, they knew the truth, they just found it too uncomfortable to discuss it frankly. It's interesting that the independent MP who defended the practise was from Batley. We all know why that town has been in the news recently.
5
@markb1487 That's kind of what I was thinking. The establishment tend to protect each other, especially when they're all in the same political party. They also protect the system by taking years before any legal action is taken, usually when the guilty have retired or moved on. Look at the Post Office scandal: everyone knows what went wrong, who was a victim and who was to blame and yet still, over twenty years later, it has not been resolved.

I am horrified, after the forced departure of Ben Habib, Lowe was my man. Where does this leave those of us who saw Lowe as a necessary stabilising influence on Farage? He was the only reason why we could be reletively sure democratisation within the party would happen. What are we supposed to do now the Reform party HQ has again revealed itself as petty, underhand and corrupt?
4
Happy Christmas and all the best for the coming year. I'm really glad I came across your channel, I have high hopes for you in the future. Keep it up mate!
3
We absolutely do not have free speech in the UK, we have confined speech which is why we have such a long tradition of English political philosophers trying to define the parameters and justifications for free speech. Half the reason why British non-conformists went to settle in America was to escape the legal restrictions upon their rights of speech, association and religious expression..
3
By the time we get to next General Election they will have established their own party to represent their own concerns. It may be in disguise; like the Green Party or The Workers' Party or it may be confident enough to reveal what it really is. Either way there is no chance of people like Jess Phillips winning their seats again.
3
@BritishLandeur I don't know why but Youtube keep immediately deleting my replies. I was trying to say that I agree with you and that the situation you describe was also the case in the seventies, with the Bader-Meinhof Gang in Germany and the Brigado Rossi in Italy as two examples. Ridiculously unrealistic and unachievable demands lead to extremely violent tactics, all the while being romanticised by foolish young left wingers. It is very worrying when people start justifying and celebrating extremism. No one benefits from the actions of fanatics.
3
This is a really interesting topic. Having British values does not make you British that much is clear and you are right, British values are probably most easily defined by what they are not rather than what they are? You know when you see it.
3
If a picture of a man looking like that appeared in a book, depicting a fictional evil character intent on violence, it would be called an unacceptable racist stereotype and the book would instantly be withdrawn. Reality is now much more politically incorrect than fiction.
3
@BritishLandeur it reminded me of something I may have seen in an Enid Blyton children's book I read as a small child. Obviously those kind of books are no longer available in the UK nowadays. Perhaps if they were, people would learn to recognize an existential threat when they saw one.
3
@BritishLandeur Agreed. You can just hear them muttering under their breath behind each other's back "Come the glorious day brother, you'll be first up against the wall!"
3
Thankyou for an excellent and thorough breakdown, so much more insightful and informative than the clips shown on the MSM.
3
Excellent content, balanced and informative. Can't see remigration happening without a huge social shift that somehow by-passes the civil service, all the left wing human rights lawyers, the MSM, and all the myriad left wing activists determined to undermine the UK. But it's a nice idea.
3
@BritishLandeur Thanks for the reply.
3
@inquisitive.lurker i was talking generally not specifically about Daniel Perry's case. However I don't condemn him either.
3
@BritishLandeur I'm finding it impossible to continue this discussion in the comments, Youtube keep instantly deleting my replies no matter how carefully I phrase my observations. Someone doesn't want this topic to be discussed.
3
I noticed Ch4 have a two part documentary on the fake grooming scandal on tonight. Absolutely nothing on the thousands of genuine cases, just a massive promotion of the one false one. I wonder why? Will they mention how TR eventually exposed her lies and came out in support of the falsely accused guy? I doubt it.
3
You absolutely hit the nail on the head! I have various well-informed friends who remind me that Reform, for better or worse, are our best bet. But when I hear Anderson, Tice and Farage refuse to support Tommy, I can't help but have reservations. Why is he a distraction? Why does he not have the right to join the party of his choice? Would they back me if I was being persecuted by the state for having the same opinions or if I got a ridiculously long sentence for protesting about Southport? If Douglas Murray, Jordan Peterson and Elon Musk can square this circle why can't they? It makes me doubt their integrity, ideologically and worry that there is a certain amount of class division at work here.
2
@BritishLandeur The scandal is no longer just the poor girls and the hateful things that were done to them, it is also the institutional corruption and complicity. Clearly our institutions have been corrupted and have not been working for English people's best interests for some time. It is hardly surprising when Westminster Council are allowed to openly discriminate against white job applicants and state that they will favour applicants from the 'the global majority'.
2
@BritishLandeur I see your point. When leftists' political aspirations are extreme or unrealistic they often resort to extremist methods, like the Bader Meinhof gang or Brigado Rossi did in the seventies. If the UK or any Western European country were to experience a national populist government in the near future, one that firmly pushes back against the liberal, globalist agenda, you can pretty much guarantee that there would be this kind of reactionary backlash.
2
In the UK the progressive, globalist left is so enbedded in the civil service and all the other government institutions, that a Trump like figure would need an extraordinary mandate to sweep them away and all the legal impediments they would no doubt create to block radical change. We have such a man in Rupert Lowe (bringing back Ben Habib wouldn't be a bad idea either) but he would have to secure such a massive parliamentary majority to be effective I'm not sure if that's likely. Maybe Trump will inspire our country and it will wake up a populist, nationalist movement? Stranger things have happened.
2
People who were never slaves demanding reparations from people who never owned slaves? It sounds like a scam doesn't it? It would take a right plonker to fall for that one...We're being represented by David Lamy? Oh dear, we're f***ed!
2
@BritishLandeur I couldn't agree more.
2
Not sure how much we can trust Farage at this point. I suspect he will slowly move closer to the liberal middle ground, to attract one nation conservative voters and MPs, rather than trying to drag the Overton Window further over to the right.
2
@BritishLandeur I watched, half falling asleep for the first 40 minutes and then with my jaw dropping for the rest. I thought Zelensky was quite rude. He obviously has become used to being able to talk big without much pushback when in these situations, he is probably tolerated if not encourged usually? The body language wasn't good, nor were the interruptions and the sullen muttering. I thought J.D.Vance had stepped up (quite understandably) to check the disrespect, back up the boss and defend the US. Whatever you may think of Trump (he acted a bit like he was back on 'The Apprentice') the whole exchange illustrated how inflexible and unrealistic Zelensky's expectations are. Trump probably thinks this will justify keeping Zelensky out of the diplomacy loop when deciding upon the terms of the peace deal, after all Stalin, Roosevelt and Churchill didn't consult the leaders of the nations they decided the fates of when they were carving up Europe after WW2....
2
@BritishLandeur Farage vs Charles at the next election? I'd love to see that! But imagine all the wrong 'uns who'd be falling over each other to contribute to Charles' campaign funds.
2
@BritishLandeur Sadly I think you may be right.
