Not just a fudge but a cheap fudge. If it were me I would consult Maggie Oliver and follow her advice; a statutory enquiry with the power to force witnesses to appear, to give statements under oath and with the authority to further prosecutions of the complicit and the guilty, preferably promptly.

@BritishLandeur The scandal is no longer just the poor girls and the hateful things that were done to them, it is also the institutional corruption and complicity. Clearly our institutions have been corrupted and have not been working for English people's best interests for some time. It is hardly surprising when Westminster Council are allowed to openly discriminate against white job applicants and state that they will favour applicants from the 'the global majority'.
