  1. Great analysis. J.D.Vance was brilliant and I hope he goes on succeed Trump in 2029. Predictably his speech was largely dismissed or deliberately mischaracterised by our mainstream commentators, like Emily Maitliss and Rory Stewart. Personally I hope his views remain 'unacceptable' and that he keeps presenting them in the same calm, coherent manner. Clearly Europe is currently a shambles, which makes it all the more sad that, despite Brexit, the UK is too.
