The rest of the Wagner units are mostly in the Middle East (Libya and Syria for example) and various unstable African nations where they extract mineral resources in return for political/military muscle. There will be a variety of international reprecussions and of course instability if those elements are rapidly and unextectedly withdrawn. The civilian populations of all the regions where they operate will undoubtedly face renewed chaos and destruction if the Wagner forces are forced to leave and of course the Wagner organisation will face a massive loss of income. That may well be a factor that dissuades their leaders from entirely committing to a full on rebellion?
