@Celisar1 Almost everyone in the Netherlands speaks and understands English. The Dutch are the most proficient non-native English speakers in the world.

@janeryan2709 That's the problem in the US. Many people don't want to pay higher taxes but still they want things to get better, for some reason they don't understand that paying higher taxes means you can improve your quality of life, at least if the government would do it's job. But knowing how the US has been incompetent for decades now, this will never happen.
