If you do not win in your state court you can go to the fed court. Without a fed the State has you. There are many differant states. But like colony's they will fight. Soon the state of nature presides. There is wild Democrats out there and we collect scalps. We want our bill of god given rights. We want capitalism, but we do NOT want The R's unregulated trickle down economic theory BULLSHIT. Or we want our scalps.

Speech is regulated "fighting words" are illegal. fire arms are regulated. the word firearm is often skirted by manufactures in some states. In the old west ya checked your firearm at the door of the saloon or the sheriff. As far as Federal laws for elections they exist, but when the colony's start acting a fool the feds step in for your bill of rights. People have responsibilities, and they are afraid of that. Then they become irresponsible and start believing. It's not only the feds responsibility to promote the general welfare, secure our blessing, promote a more perfect union. It's ours to. A horse on a race track needs a jokey. The horse needs blinders to stay in it's lane (regulation if you will). The joky (government) doesn't need to use the whip just show it now and again and the horse will run. get it?
