Remember when 45 called a "national emergency" and ya could buy barrel of oil ,futures, cheaper then ya could buy a barrel? Yeah? Back in march of 2020 when we were "energy independent". I bought 100's of thousands. Just sold them back in Jun. Me and mine will never need to work again. I'm gonna miss him.

@Rachel_M_ Our founding fathers were not originalist themselves. "country" territorially/regionally or what ever you think it is. In the end the constitution only says what 5-4 of these so called "justices" says it does anyway. So originalism and or textualism is damn myth. Their ideology of "Country" and your "preserve" or change the "status quo" sounds all radical to me. The founders sure did want FREEDOM FROM SOMETHING. Land owning and wealthy and still feared something. Freedom has always been from; not for something but from. All law is to negate Gods law from his state of nature. I would think that is a state even you might "oppose". But I'm not sure because you sound as about as confused as a fart in a fan factory.
