@joe.oneill only attribution theory would suggest incompetence. And that is forgivable. A good lawyer knows the law; a clever one takes the judge to lunch. Right? In a Monarchy, the King and his family are the country; in a republic it is the common voice of the people. Citizenship is what makes a republic; monarchies can get along without it. Citizenship should be placed above everything else, even learning. I've seen your comments on the Constitution. And in the end the SCOTUS tells you what it means, so save your self-righteous, hubris, hypocrisy for another argument.

@joe.oneill this section of the consitution deals with state citizenship, the relationship between states, and the relationship between the states and the federal government. It requires states to give "full faith and credit" to decisions made by other state courts. It currently protects the prevailing interpretation privileges and immunities Clause of a citizen of other states to equal treatment with local citizens. That is to say, the Clause prohibits discrimination on the basis of a citizen's state of residence. Simple 16th century American English IMO. Like Shakespeare the footnotes are within the text.sheesh!

"America is a Republic, Not a Democracy" is a weak and wrong augment. Enabling sustained minority rule at a national level is not a feature of our constitutional design, but a perversion of it. So lots of room bud. Why are you so Un-American. Is it that you are accustomed to privilege? And equality makes you feel like you are being oppressed, And that privilege is slipping away.
