  1. How much of the budget do ya propose should be spent on that? Because 10% (millions) of the towns budget was spent on training first responders in Uvalde. Lots of accidents happen while carrying guns at schools. Teacher shot them self acidently while going to the bathroom, student accidentally shot while PE teacher demonstrate an activity. I could go on; but being pragmatic is probably not your thing right.
