no. They are choosing not to provide a service to these or those based on religion, bigitory, false profits and superstition. This is only a proposed business plan. Smith has not done this as of yet. Smith plans to discriminate and the court chose this case with tact for existing business. The plan is to segregate.

@hasswatblockside5272 I just charge them more. I'm an HVAC technician. I'm in their house and in their business. Not much more only 80.00$ more each on average. Than I donate the extra money to progressive political campaigns. It's funny because when I started my business I was courting this young woman that only went to this church to advertise in the church monthly news letter for her business. She was a lioness in sheeps clothing. So damn Hot!
