The bill sets caps on the out of pocket costs for meds, plus a 35$ on insulin. Basically Bob it provides a more generous relationship for health insurance marketplace coverage, there by granting finial help to middle-class families facing high premiums and guaranteeing that lower-income people have a 0$ premium plan option. more acess is better capitalism bob. the markets needs regulations bob.
