It's purpose is to establish fair access to employment opportunities to create a workforce that is an accurate reflection of demographics of THE QUALIFED available workforce in the relevant job market. It's all about access. or freedom from something. Read the Declaration of Independence. It's about access to your God given rights. Freedom from something. From something. not for something.
