D's are mostly working class or highly technically skilled labor and work gets in the way of voting. Unless there is a national voting holiday. The possibilities to create a more perfect union are endless for an intellectual. Mike Lee invoking Reaganomics at this point with this issue is proof he is the Devils advocate.

A wise man knows to be humble, and moral, and persuade others by example of doing there duty, speaking the truth, rather than force so that he can preserve free will for all who may one day come to God.
