  2.  @raymonddriggers  it could be several reasons. Reverse psychology? Reverse of the "Southern Strategy of politics"? Or Manhatten NY alone has twice the population of Utah and 34 others states. Either way Immigration policy ain't the southern border. Now if Repubs would come to the table and discuss Immigration policy intelligently we could fix it. But NO president or administration can solve issues Unilaterally. Repubs won't come to the table; they need the issue right??
