  6.  @Romanesquire  liberal loading the state huh. But still, the inflation rate in Floriduh is almost twice the national average. THE RENT IS TO DAMN HIGH. lol. Almost 1,000 new ppl per day. ALL KINDS! From all over the world. AH people have chosen Floriduh as a place to relocate for years. It's sensationalized. Because ppl are leaving as well.  Gas is $3.47 in Floriduh; and in Louisiana it's $3.13.

Not a cost after payroll deduction like some fool. Same with Gas and meals; all an expense before quarterly taxes for me. I'm guessing you're living the "American Dream."? And have like Rick Scott says "skin in the game" huh. lol The rent is to damn high at my Floriduh income properties because there ain't much habitable space in Miami and I can get it. 6.8% ain't high, but I invested at 3.5% anyway. Miami does not have the profit margins my income properties have in other states. Repub.= fools Repub.= my slaves! And I wish I could just provide them the minimum. Just like the wage of the state.10% profit margin ain't enough! $300.00 in my pocket after $3000.00 sucks.
