@ylreo I do not listen to many. We need law against insanity. If we only had God in the county's law, instead of being in such a sweat to get him into the constitution, it would be better all around.

@ylreo I never ask a question I do not already know the answer to. There are approximatly 1.3 million lawyers in the USA. Exactly 9 sit on this bench. She has never participated in a trail as a lawyer or a judge. There is not much to read on her as of yet. So I listen. I feel that between her and me I am more qualified to judge insane v not insane. If Christ were here the one thing he would not be a-Christian.

@EAAR-gy4fr I would wash your feet. The so-called Christian nations are the most enlightened and progressive...BUT IN SPITE OF THEIR RELIGION, not because of it. The church has opposed every innovation and discovery from the day of Galileo down to our time, when the use of anesthetic in childbirth was regarded as a sin (the jab) because it avoided the biblical curse pronounced against Eve. And every step in astronomy and geology ever taken has been opposed by bigotry (the border) and superstition. The Greeks surpassed us in artistic culture and in architecture five hundred years before christian religion was born.

Coach Joseph A. Kennedy knows it. The school stoped him from doing it in the locker room. But he just kept pushing. If your boss asked ya to dinner what would go through your mind? Coercion just implicit maybe. Perhaps. The question before us with these cases, they chose to here, Is if Religion should play a bigger role in public life. Man is a religious animal. He is the only religious animal. He is the only animal that has true religion--several of them. 'Ye shall be indifferent as to what your neighbor's religion is' Not merely tolerant of it, but indifferent to it. Divinity is claimed for many religions: but no religion is great enough or divine enough to add that new law to it's code.

@janetprice85 Nagated him of the field! Isn't originalism self defeating because the founders weren't orignalist? Don't originalist ingnore the amendments written after 1789? Do originalist think the Constitution applies only to horse carriages and muskets? Do you find it's meaning in those who ratified the Consitution in the various state conventions, or the public that elected those ratifiers? Textualist interpret statue so the cases is about facts not law. the Court should not have taken it up. Unless somebody wants people divided.
