  5.  @Roachman-TT  The word "Her" or the word "She" is not mentioned in the U.S. Constitution. Not 1 time. But the word "He" or the word "His" is mentioned more than 25 times. Justice Jackson is a constitutional scholar she is "Not a Biologist" seems like a resonable answer to the question posed by that Trump in a wig senator.

  6.  @RDeathmark  Sandra Day O' Connor was the first nominated for gender. Biden did the exact thing Reagan did. We have all seen this before. Jackson gave Blakburn a sound answer. But Blakburn kept pushing. Because the case is coming. In the 18th century and and thought much of the 19th, "woman" was defined by common law doctrine of coverture, by which a married woman had no legal existence - those who married were "one person." If a future case is decided by the Court on the basis of "Originalism, there will be no such thing as "woman" to define. Blackburns with tact IMO not err misinterpretation of what is being taught in public schools. CRT or "The 1619 project"is not being taught in Tennessee schools to 5 year-olds and Blackburn kept falsely claiming as Fox News and Conservatives do. SHAME on Marsha for attacking a qualified woman by demanding she define what a woman is! Judge Jackson was respectful in answering all the ridicules assaulting questions by reaffirming her job of following the laws of our great country.
