  1. With tact this court choose this case. The court is tasked to interpret the meaning of law. To decide whether a law is relevant to a particular set of facts or to rule on how a law should be applied. Not to just eliminate and act like racism will simply just go away. They are not just calling balls and strikes. They are activist.
