  2. The founders were NOT originalist themselves. Originalism is a damn myth. You could say that Conservatism is the blind fearful worship of dead radicals. IMO they would. In the end the constitution only says what 5-4 of the so called Justices says it does. And as of today they subvert Madison's 2A. It's the biggest fraud ever committed on our people. Madison's 2A is simple 16th centery American English. Like Shakespeare the foot notes are within the text.
