  1. They are learning this behaviour from somewhere and it is not just in some homes. It is out on the streets and in schools, crime and violence is everywhere out there thanks to some demographics.

  6.  @keithmarshall8796  They should be held responsible, but no parent can watch kids 24/7 especially in the advent of social media. Also take into account the areas they are forced to live in with very bad influences.
