  1. Washington likes to slap on a tax whenever and wherever they can. It doesn't matter if its a product or service, they will tax it. Seattle is a well known mess but they will tax you anyway. Not surprised at all.

  2. It's a vast country so your comment is disingenuous. The NW of the country is notorious for being expensive. Texas for one example is not expensive.
