Sounds like the free market to me. If your business can't thrive unless you put a leash on your workers and bar them from working anywhere else, then you're a piece of shit business and deserve to fail. Why should the concerns of bad business be considered just because they're "small" businesses? Does being a small business give you grounds to be a shitsack and railroad workers?
