  2. ​ @MacTac141 Russia has a lot of allies and they are building bases just not around America, a lot of Caribbean and south America and Africa and the middle east want to join bricks, so yes Russia can build a lot of bases but choose not to.

It's the media that you are watching that makes you think that, Russian rockets have been sending satellite into space and supplying the iss for decades, usa rockets have been failing multiple times since the Ukrainian conflict began, it was a Russian rocket that had to bring the last American astronauts home even though America and Russia were on bad terms... Stop listening to propaganda both America and Russia have the same quality tools.
