  2.  @USSAnimeNCC-  Pre Commissioned Unit. The ship gets named at Christening. Until she is commissioned as a ship of the Navy, the ship and crew is a PCU. Plus until commissioning, and then "delivery" the owner of the ship is the contracted builder. CVN79 John F. Kennedy recieves her Christening Dec 7 2019.
