  4. actually the starship trooper's future is a utopia. You don't need to go into the military to vote, all you need to do is join federal service. You can be a social worker and still be given citizenship.

  5. Drinker got the movie wrong, I guess you needed brain cells to actually understand this movie. The starship trooper future is actually as close to a utopia as you can get. Humanity is united, people who get to vote are the ones who actually care about society by serving it, not just in the military, but in any kind of federal service, you can be a mailman, social worker, government employee and still be given citizenship. You can even be a sanitation working pick up trash on the street and that would still count. Justice/courts are swift, but that doesn't mean it's unfair. Corporate punishment is used, but after the punishment is over you are forgiven. No records to ruin your life forever. None citizens are still guaranteed all their basic rights. Equality of the sexes is achieved. The government is actually accountable. When you screw up you resign, unlike today's politicians.

  7. yes population control is a thing because of limited resources. But that doesn't mean none citizens don't get to have kids. Rico's parents are none citizens and they had rico.
