@bentontramell You have outted yourself as never having owned anything in your life. If the bank doesn't agree with your estimation of the value they will reject the loan. The fact that the bank gave trump the loan means they accepted the value. The government is not involved in mortgages, it's between trump and the bank.

@Klako-ls6yt again every single person who ever got a loan does this and the bank also had an appraisal done on trump's property. No bank would give out half billion in loan without sending someone to look at the property. And you are also guilty of getting a loan for the market evaluation of your property rather than what it says on you property tax from. Its the same thing with cars. When you buy a used car you almost always pay way above the blue book value.

An evaluation is someone's opinion, there is no right or wrong. If the bank agrees with your ovulation they do business with you and give you the loan, if the bank doesn't agree they don't give you the loan. It's simple as that. As for paying taxes you outted yourself as someone who has never owned property. The government charges you property tax based on the government's tax assessment value, not the market value of your property. No one ever gets a mortgage or even sells their property based on govermernt's evulation. And turmp did not undervalue his property when paying taxes, because it's not up to trump to give an evaluation when it comes to taxes. The government does their own evulation when it comes to taxes.
