The ideal outcome for Biden would be thousands of barrels of oil in the Baltic, a Danish coastguard ship sunk, and shipping halted to 8 or 9 Baltic states while the oil is cleaned up. Besides, who is going to risk losing an oil tanker and it's cargo?
