  1. Lucia de Berk was a pediatric ICU nurse - one of the best. She wasn't posted at one hospital, she went wherever there were the most sick children. Where there are the most sick children, the most children die. So, where ever she went, there was an increase in child deaths. So, she was wrongly convicted of multiple murder. You have to be very careful with razors.

  4.  @pablotheScot56  She *is* innocent, until *proven guilty. Please explain how you are so opposed to murder that you want the State to have the power to kill the innocent (the classic definition of murder) - or are you gaslighting?

  6.  @pablotheScot56  Lucia de berk was found guilty on 4 counts of murder, plus 3 "probable" counts, yet she was innocent. In her case, there were no murder victims. It's trivially easy to convict an innocent person of murder - especially with morons like you on the jury.

  7. Then there's Lucia de Berk, a pediatric ICU nurse, who was wrongly convicted of 4 murders and 3 attempted murders. In her case, no-one was murdered. Deaths were classed as "suspicious" if she was on duty at the time. Cases where it was later found she was not on duty, were no longer considered "suspicious". That's the Texas sharpshooter fallacy.
