I think Ukr needs to get further south, and gather more troops before Russ closes the trap.
6
We've had this conversation. It's been explained to you that it's more difficult than you imagine.
6
They showed a photo of lightly damaged tailplane.
6
Oooops, I'm late. I put my like.

90 km2? For context. Bakhmut is 41 km2 Be aware that; 1) if the frontline is 500 km long, Ukr need only advance 180 metres, all along that line. 2) there's a "grey zone" between the two sides. Ukr can gain ground simply by making the grey zone smaller. 3) Are the gains gross, or net? Do they include, or exclude the losses? If I gain an acre here, and lose 10 acres there, I can say "I've gained 1 acre", or "I've lost 9 acres".

"They mostly come at night, ... mostly."

@lepetitroquet9410 and yet thousands of Russian-speaking Ukrainians died.

@Cl0ckcl0ck Trains are more expensive. I suppose the Russians will want trains after they win.
6
Imagination at work.
6
@alexandernorman5337 It also gets top-heavy and unstable
6
Starlink is a satelite system.
6
@uchennaabosi7651 it'd be on the order of 1 man per 2km of frontlines per day - not out of the question.
6
Thanks, Dima - great job.
6
Your description sound very like reconaissance.
6
@kartikeyatiwari2502 said "Russia (..)has literally 0 offensive potential" Except, of course, that they are currently occupying a large chunck of Ukraine. I wonder how that happened.
6
Second!
6
I don't think so.
6
Good morning 🦌🦌🦌It's chilly, damp, cloudy and grey, here.
6
Speaking as a radio engineer, everything you said was wrong.
6
So the people are now the property of the State. Then all property is property of the State. Now you know what "fascism" is.
6
Ammo depots have to be guarded, and kept away from civilians. The more depots you have, and the more you disperse ammo, the more guards you need, and the harder it is to protect civilians.
6
I gazed a gazeless stare, at all the millions there.
6
@sanettevandermerwe4667 Thanks, Sanette - you too.
6
Stop saying "stop saying"!!!!
6
@mdumisenihlophe4001 Wikip says "Zelenskyy grew up as a native Russian speaker in Kryvyi Rih, a major city of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast in central Ukraine." But of course, that was in the days of the USSR. (He was born 1978.)
6
@timber750 You're wrong - it's the opposite. Dima does not update the map based on unconfirmed/ unofficial reports, precisely so that his map is protected from propaganda/bias - both his own, and his sources.
6
@serega1208 The average life of a WWII tank in battle was 10 hours.
6
That's a lot of cope in one paragraph.
6
Russian has over 2 million trained, fighting-age men in reserve.
6
Satelite images.
6
@measureman168 Strawman argument. Dima doesn't make 1000 guesses.
6
@Wlados135 Over 50% of french population were female.
6
@RtFa-ol7vd Yes, indeed.

@RtFa-ol7vd Немцы думают так: Сделано в Германии = военное преступление Совершено Германией = не военное преступление.

It was deep underground.

I think you're first, today

@MicroClases_Ciencia Russia bombed a port that was smuggling in weapons and ammo.
5
200 sq miles is a little over 500 sq km 120,700 + 500 = 121,200 sq km
5
@limedickandrew6016 Russia has National Service - almost everyone serves in the armed forces, so Russia has 25 million fighting age (under 35) trained reservists.
5
This Western invasion of E. Europe and Russian Fed began in 1989 - when the Berlin Wall fell. They have had 25 years to build a shell factory. The reason they did not is, they were told this war would be won without shells.
5
Your voice went quiet several times during that video, but only for short moments. Nothing you said was lost.
5
Ypa, indeed.
