  18. In Germany they forced everyone to hand in their gold, and made hoarding bank notes illegal. Then they forced everyone to invest their savings in Government bonds. The postwar Government refused to honour those bonds. Thus the entire population was robbed of all their wealth. The Leader gave the State the right to seize any properety it wanted. (No private property).
