  2. There's many commenters suggesting there was a lack of knowledge or  experience here. Alex Baldwin is well versed in the treatment of firearms  on film sets. There's two movies where the movie poster has Baldwin  holding a gun - see IMDB "Miami Blues" and "The Getaway".
