  1. The professor is not on trial. He can profess any opinion he chooses, and his speech is protected by the first ammendment. The question of fact (Was the election fraudulent?) is not relevant to the discussion, and the professor's opinion does not alter the fact. (Imo the election was as crooked as ... as the Democrat Party!)
