  1. I used to take 3 ibuprofen for pain. I've weaned myself down to only taking 1 200mg tab with plenty of H2O. Can't get rid of it completely b/c most of my pain is from musculoskeletal inflammation. Knowing how so many people are on the kidney transplant wait list for lots of different reasons made me try to protect my kidneys.
