I always wonder how women fail to realize SA is going on in their household. Is it b/c the abuser has woven a web of control with lies and manipulation? Hopefully, this will be figured out and made known so that young kids don't have to endure this abuse.

  25. I would find out if there is a free local program that helps people prepare for GED. These people are kind and helpful. When I was in school,I couldn't do math and had to get extra help every week from teachers,tutors,friends. I put the extra time in and I passed each math class to graduate. I'm still not good at math,but I got past it. I hope you go check out your local programs. Even just going once to see what it's like. There are a lot programs that will help people train to work in a trade. That is really needed since the older people working in trades are retiring. Community colleges are affordable. Volunteering in programs like Habitat for Humanity is a great way to explore interests,learn skills, while helping people in need. Best of luck to you,my friend.

When you find someone you love and they speak the truth in love about a mistake you've made or something they don't like, you will want to change it. I yelled at my new boyfriend when he didn't call to let me know he made it safely home through a horrible blizzard. He asked me not to speak to him like that. My mom was a screamer,yeller and my dad held everything in until absolutely had enough. So yeah, I had to learn better ways to communicate when I'm upset about something in a relationship. Still learning,but it feels so good to have a loving person willing to talk and grow together ❤️

  112. I used to take 3 ibuprofen for pain. I've weaned myself down to only taking 1 200mg tab with plenty of H2O. Can't get rid of it completely b/c most of my pain is from musculoskeletal inflammation. Knowing how so many people are on the kidney transplant wait list for lots of different reasons made me try to protect my kidneys.
