  3. One thing is to help someone in distress financially or mentally but subsidize homelessness as a life style is different. There is a lot of people there that they don’t really want to work. Why to make an effort if I can get everything for free, I can camp wherever I want , nobody bothers to enforce anything…. Anarchy is the perfect state for them. Really sad.
