  1. I went to the GI Doctor and the NP took care of me. I told her that i do not drink milk (for 30 years now- eczema and colitis improved… like “gone” improved) and i am more on the thin side. Then at the end the NP gives me (and tells me) a list of things i need to add to my diet… milk first of all. I look at her in disbelief. They don’t listen… they are in a rush always.
