If his got the evidence that his not in the wrong why not show it then? "Oh I HAVE proof, but nobody will believe me. The line "Nobody will believe me" is literally for sympathy, what idiot would not back themselves up when they are in a sticky situation? He knows long term there's people that'll just stay subscribed because on moral grounds, so in a way his manipulating people's emotions to feel sympathetic for him, to almost derail from the factual information & almost forget the things he'll say straight after which will go under the radar (for his subs) because they are too guilty for him doing something wrong. Great video well explained, I personally haven't seen the video for myself, but this explains it all.

@replaythegame I can't really be bothered, I don't support either side, I'm not a fan girl of either party, you might be, I honestly could give two shits about what is going on, but by the body language it seems a little fishy. Also to upload an apology video that quickly was obviously going to get dissected and then for him to make a follow up video. Lie in the first one because it's got over 45million views (ad revenue will be happy) then make another one telling what is supposedly the truth.

@replaythegame Well sexual offences are very hard to find evidence for. But you do CLEARLY see he keeps cutting the video, his got a half smile on his face. Honestly who smiles when they are giving an apology, only a person who doesn't mean it.

@replaythegame But you don't need context to know that he was smiling, you literally just look in this case. You wouldn't even have to know what is going on (like myself) to see that he doesn't mean it, he keeps smiling, randomly brings up his mom for sympathy. Claims that he shouldn't have made the whole hitting on straight men "public" which shows little to no remorse of his actions. His only upset because his lost subscribers. Like the guy said, he talks little when talking about what that women did for him, he doesn't look at the camera when saying it either, which again shows he doesn't really care. "The eyes are the window to the soul" A very true statement displayed by James's body language.

This is the most trust-able place to know about this situation. His right why would you want an apology video to "look" authentic if his going to keep cutting himself?
