Allah has given me this video to help my friend, the starting quote is so true, feeling "sad" is normal, for me it goes within minutes, but depression is something else, and through reading the English Quran, learning even a bit about our beloved prophet Muhammad (SAW) I have found true inner peace, this is someone who was depressed for years.
One thing I would say, is read Surah Duha, Subhanallah, it blows me away the translation, when I feel sad I listen and read that surah, and it's like my hammer to breaking the sadness that comes into my mind, it's my protector, it is the divine word of Allah, it is from the Quran! ❤💪☝ Allahu Akbar

Im a fan of both fighters before anyone says anything
Round 1: 10,9 Bivol
Round 2: 10,9 Bivol
Round 3: 10,9 Beterbiev (could go either way)
Round 4: 10,9 Beterbiev
Round 5: 10,9 Beterbiev ( Bivol started well, Beterbiev half way through did so well till he end)
Round 6: 10, 9 Beterbiev (super close again, but Beterbiev had the better exchanges overall in that round)
Round 7: 10,9 Bivol (did enough for long enough to win the round, Beterbiev came back in the last 50 seconds but not enough)
Round 8: 10,9 Bivol (Nobody really won that round but Bivol only just tho)
Round 9: 10,9 Bivol
Round 10: 10,9 Beterbiev (Did enough to win most of the round)
Round 11: 10,9 Beterbiev (Beterbiev applied the pressure really well)
Round 12: 10, 9 Beterbiev (Bivol held on thrice for long, Beterbiev did better here)
Beterbiev: 115
Bivol: 113
7 rounds to 5 for Beterbiev
Most people will swap round 3 and 8 around, that I understand.

17:31 I think it's also people have really forgotten what real patience is.
People see patience as "waiting for something to happen" being reactive, whereas the patience of a believer is proactive, he/she does other things, remembers Allah not only through prayer but remembering the situations you have been through, and Allah was there to guide you, when things happened in life that was unbearable at the time, but then Allah protected you, as an interesting quote that I read which talked about our beloved prophet Muhammad (SAW) that his father died before he was born, mother past away at 6, uncle at 8, wife past away, war, hunger etc, the worst of hardships
And Allah loved him, and it concludes that Allah tests those who He loves, as Surah Al Imran mentions that those who believe will be tested (on that lines forgot the exact verses) and when 1 realizes that life is a test, and actualizes that thought, they feel better, I have.
I really do think that weak Iman is linked to depression, just because someone knows the whole Quran etc, doesn't make them immune, because many of these people don't read the translation, knowing a few myself and how they behave you "wouldn't think" they would act like that. But Islam isn't just about knowledge, it's practice and propagation which is what I try and emphasize and its the last 2 concepts in today's world which has vanished we have knowledge Alhamdulilllah, but we lack the practice and propagation of what we learn.

It really depends, because after the Battle of Yamamah 70 people who knew the Quran had been martyred, and then led the caliph at the time Abu Bakr As-Siddiq (RA) to start a compilation of the Quran , but it was to preserve the Quran and spelling wasn't taken into account at Zaid Ibn Thabit was the one who had to write it down, then during Uthaman's caliph the Quran of Abu Bakr's time was burnt (In Arabic tradition this is respectful) so people don't get confused, to have a united Quran so divisions aren't created.
This Quran may be one of the surviving Quran's of Abu Bakr's caliph, or may be the Quran of Uthman's caliph as during Uthman's caliph it was standardized and spelling was taken into account.
That's why a direct comparison would be difficult, it's like trying to compare Old English to Modern English, same with Arabic
How this Quran survived despite being on Goat skin is a pure miracle, as it would have rotted like most of its time, as paper wasn't around at the time.

@Kalimdor199Menegroth Ikr, what country do you know on earth where its food, water, electricity, gas, internet, aid, freedom to travel is controlled by another country?
Where they can just turn the taps off?
Only Israel
It sounds ridiculous because Israel actually does this, even you're baffled by it!
IDF have said they have killed their own people, listen to those hostages who were freed, they said themselves too that IDF tried to kill them too!

Abdullah saying no rights can exist is stupid man
The rest of what he was saying
“The river to the sea Palestine will be free
Doesn’t mean Israel can’t exist, but the Palestinians themselves as people need to be free
Before some idiot says KHAMAAAAAS
Israel has control over land, sea, air, money, water, food, electricity, roads of Gaza, who rules the land?
Just because someone doesn’t live there doesn’t mean they can’t rule it
The British empire span many countries, the king still ruled those lands? Did he not?
So why cant people see that Israel has taken control over Gaza for many years, they withdrew “physically” out of Gaza but kept the blockades etc still, so how free is that then?

The past, all the tough times trying to stop PMO, I know
12 years I looked at porn, but it got significantly worse in the last 2 years (Covid, stress at home etc)
But what i found is, open up to yourself, do the research of the affects, download an app called "Man don't Fap" on the Apple store, it's super motivating with quotes etc, and I'm currently on a 34 day streak with 0 urges to relapse, despite seeing the same things that would trigger me to relapse, I've gained such mental strength I thought would ne otherwise impossible,
Have amazing friend's who I'm building great bonds with, have my struggles, but learning to enjoy life, I hope this in any way, shape or form helps anyone <3 ✌✌❤❤
