@user-dc6ut5uu3t these programs have been getting lower funding over the years because billionaires pay politicians to remove restrictions, we have to limit the power of money our government but unfortunately the dumbest demographic just elected a president whose for poisoning children as long as the rich get richer. Maybe they'll get the Trumpkin out of the office before he does to much damage and we can let the government do their job with lower interference from big money. The issue is also as a people we have to vote consistently, we've kind of been voting for 2 parties that keep undoing their decisions every 8 years and only laws that protect the rich are sticking around. If we want a stable economy we have to get back wealth from the rich, through typically progressive legislation that set heavier taxes on industry and promises equal care across the country so everyone can have Healthcare and an education, so that they can then become productive citizens... that was the goal, now the trumpies wants to maintain the 1% hold on the wealth (why richest guy sided with him) and male sure Americans are too uneducated and unhealthy to take care of themselves by blaming other countries for their problems. It's what every other oppressive government has done "blame the outsiders not the rich"
