@drabnail777 To be fair, the Soviets were basically just an upgrade from the tsars. Basically every problem the Soviet Union had was just a modern take on Russia’s age-old crises. The gulags were built by the tsars, the shitty feudal farming system was defended by the white russians only to be upgraded by the Soviets to deliver famines 10% better*! *mileage may vary

@drabnail777 I’m not a communist. I just think it is funny that no country has ever decided to be communist unless they are poor as shit.

@drabnail777 This is wrong. The soviet union had an economy big enough to win the largest war ever. The reason it collapsed was because it was an authoritarian shithole dedicated to stroking the egos of its leaders. China and North Korea though didn’t and don’t do well under communism though, so you may be on to something.
