  1. .:Camper:. They just need storage in the form of either pumped hydro or as hydrogen. Besides fossil fuels aren’t everywhere in the solar system and there is not an infinite amount here on Earth so eventually we gotta transition. Nuclear however is an excellent choice. Unfortunately people don’t see it that way, the political roadblocks will probably take longer than radioactive waste to decay.

Albert Nakao a similar thing happened to solar with the whole limited mining operations problem in china and they invented some new panels which weren’t as good but now it is possible to build hybrid panels with ridiculous efficiencies, a similar thing happened with copper for data transmission which ended in fibre optics, might not happen here but just my two cents.
